How can I obtain my cumulative occupational exposure history?

Text Box: The law requires that your employer provide you with a copy of your occupational radiation exposure record at least annually and upon your request. You need to contact your current or former employer or school and request a report of your occupational exposure history while at that facility. Your employer may have also made arrangements with the laboratory processing your dosimeters to allow you to access this information via the dosimetry processor's on-line database.
